Last updated: 2026.08.12

1. General

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the msdi.mn web platform and related services (the “Platform”) operated by MSDI PRO HR CONSULTING LLC (“MSDI”).

By registering, signing in or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • “Candidate” — an individual registered in order to apply for jobs.
  • “Employer” — a legal entity registered in order to post jobs and recruit.
  • “Wallet” — an employer's billing account on the Platform.
  • “Content” — any information uploaded by a user (CV, job posts, images, files, etc.).

3. Registration and account security

Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. MSDI may suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

Employer accounts are fully activated only after MSDI has reviewed and verified the company registration certificate and related documents.

4. Candidate rights and obligations

  • Provide accurate information in your CV and profile.
  • You may edit or delete your profile and CV at any time.
  • By applying to a job you consent to your information being shared with that employer.
  • Collecting or using other users' data without consent is prohibited.

5. Employer rights and obligations

  • Publish only genuine, currently open positions.
  • Use candidate personal data solely for recruitment purposes and do not transfer it to third parties.
  • Comply with the Labour Law of Mongolia and anti-discrimination legislation.
  • Pay for paid services (job postings, CV database access, etc.) according to the published tariff.

6. Billing and wallet

Employers top up their wallet in advance to use paid services. Fees depend on the posting type, number of workers and duration; a full breakdown is shown before payment.

Wallet balances may be used only for Platform services. Refunds are handled by agreement with MSDI within the limits of applicable law.

MSDI will give notice of any tariff change; changes apply to transactions made after the notice.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Posting unlawful, fraudulent or misleading listings or information.
  • Using another party's name, logo or intellectual property without permission.
  • Circumventing Platform security, escalating your own privileges, or scraping data by automated means.
  • Publishing abusive, harassing or discriminatory content.
  • Charging candidates a fee in exchange for employment.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform's structure, design, logo, source code and MSDI-authored content are the intellectual property of MSDI and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload; MSDI may use that content as required to provide the service.

9. Limitation of liability

MSDI provides a platform connecting employers and candidates and is not a party to the employment contracts concluded between them.

MSDI cannot fully verify the accuracy of user-submitted information; users are responsible for their own due diligence.

MSDI is not liable for indirect damages arising from technical faults or third-party service interruptions.

10. Suspension and termination

MSDI may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice if the user breaches these Terms, submits false information, or harms other users.

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

11. Dispute resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by mutual agreement. Failing that, they shall be settled by the courts of Mongolia in accordance with Mongolian law.

12. Changes to these Terms

MSDI may amend these Terms. Amendments take effect on the date they are published on the Platform. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
